Ebikes “the new thing!!” Yes and No!
We are very cautious about working on “No Name” Ebikes for a number of reasons : Quality of components. Access to the company for information and replacement parts and of course the Lithium batteries! Our insurance company is very strict on battery safety
We sell and work on both Specialized and Giant Ebikes and will carry out mechanical repairs on most “Name brand” companies, but NOT on “INTERNET” models for insurance issues and due to low quality components Which either take a ridiculous amount of time to try and get it to a level we are happy with, AND how long it holds it’s adjustment
So think before purchasing something that can very quickly become not safe to ride and unserviceable and possibly dangerous
